Resumé Service Terms and Conditions

By placing an order on this site, it is understood that you have read and accepted Envoke Terms of Service.

Prices

Envoke does not quote on it’s resume service. Our prices are fixed and will not change during any service to our Customers.

Resumé Upload

Your resumé is required to be uploaded before Envoke is able to commence enhancement. It is the responsibilty for our Customer to upload their resumé, however we will make every attempt to help the Customer. If the customer is unable to upload his/her resume a full refund will be offered if money has been paid.

Project turn-around

Turnaround to complete the resumé package is 7 days. However due to high volume of work we receive we reserve the right to delay turn-around. In this situation the Customer will be notified via email of the new delivery date.

Review & Revisions

Final proofreading is the responsibility of the Customer. If the Customer requires corrections they are to contact us within (7) seven days of the completion of their resumé. Requests for corrections outside of (7) seven days will be refused.

Information

The Customer understands and agrees that Envoke will not confirm or attempt to verify information provided by Customer, and will not be responsible for accuracy or truthfulness of information provided by Customer. The Customer will hold Envoke harmless or unaccountable from claims by third parties based on any inaccuracy of information in any resumé created by Envoke.

Intellectual Property Rights

Envoke retains intellectual property ownership of all work produced. Each piece is carefully composed to ensure individuals are marketed effectively based on distinctive characteristics. Customers are permitted to reproduce additional copies via facsimile, scanner, printer or photocopier, and can alter their own documents. They are not permitted to transfer ownership to another person or permit them to use the document as a template. This policy protects the integrity and quality of our professional writing, our Customer’s right to have an individually crafted resumé.

Warranties & liabilities

Envoke does not guarantee job placement, or employment success. Our Customers’ successes are directly dependent upon the effort, commitment and diligence they put into fully integrating our resumes with their job search strategies. Envoke’s goal is to provide the best possible resumé package for each of our Customers. It is the responsibility of the Customer, and indeed in the Customers best interest, to supply us with all requested information and to work collaboratively with us to complete a resumé package that reflects their individuality and highlights their career assets.
