How does your resumé service work and what is your process?
Envoke Resume Service gives your current resumé a “Complete Overhaul”. Using our skills and experience we enhance your resumé to better sell you to the positions that you are seeking. Simply place an order and upload your existing resumé for us to work from. We will edit your resumé and return it to you via email within 7 days.
What countries do you service?
Currently – Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada (English), New Zealand.
What currency is your resumé service quoted in?
All prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars, if required you can select your local currency at checkout.
Do you outsource the work to developing countries?
We do not under any circumstance outsource the work on your resumé to any country other than your own. Envoke does not use cheap labour provided by countries like India and China. Envoke has broad network of 11 Resumé Writers working in over 5 different countries to service the requests from our website.
Why are your prices so low?
Our prices are low due to our low cost process; we don’t have a high-rise office or high overheads so we return these savings to our customers. Our service works with your existing resumé so there is minimum labour attributed to collecting information, and therefore we keep our price down.
We understand that when you are unemployed there is little cash flow and you need real value for money. Compare our prices to our competitors and you will be pleasantly surprised.
Do you have a guarantee, what if I am not happy with my new resumé?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your new resumé, we will be happy to make any alteration that is required. Please remember to have these submitted to us within 7 days of your resumé being returned to you and be assured that we will work with you until you are completely satisfied.
Will you need to call me for more information?
In most cases we don’t need to call you at all. If we need to confirm details or more information we will send you an email. All the information we need is normally provided on your current resumé.
What payment methods do you offer?
Payment is required in advance because of the sheer volume of work that goes into re-writing each resumé. Payment options include PayPal (accepts Mastercard, Visa, Barter Card and eCheque) and Bank Deposit (by request only).
Is your website secure?
Yes, all payment processing is handled offsite by PayPal. We don’t hold credit card information or payment information. All provided documents are deleted from our server on the 8th day after your resumé has been delivered to you. More Information: Privacy Policy
